Students will explore yoga poses while seated in a chair or standing using the chair for support. This class focuses on range of motion, balance, coordination, and fall prevention. This class is beneficial to those with physical challenges, though all are welcome to participate.

Students will explore poses in stillness with the support of numerous props. This class focuses on exploring the physical sensations of a various poses while allowing the student to explore their inner mind. The poses are held for time anywhere from 2-5 minutes. Students will enter poses with limited movement and gentle stretching.They will not come to standing at any point during the class.
